By accessing or using the website or our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.
When buying an item, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process. The prices we charge for using our services / for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. “The Artist” Laura J Stratton Art ABN: 12 869 243 242, hereby warrants that she created all Artworks and that the descriptions are true and accurate.
All artwork is the exclusive property of Laura J Stratton Art. ABN: 12 869 243 242 and is protected by Australian (the Australian Copyright Act 1968) and international copyright and trademark laws. You may not download, display, print and reproduce this material in unaltered form only (retaining this notice) for commercial use.
Prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Prices may not include delivery and handling charges. Prices are subject to change. Images of products shown without any advertised price beside that image are not offered for sale. We reserve the right to correct any errors published on the website.
On the Customer confirming their order, the Customer agrees to purchase the products in their ‘shopping cart’ for the price and any postage and handling charges, as applicable.
Custom commission works require a 30% deposit on booking. Remaining balance due on completion (prior to shipping). The deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE once a work has commenced under any circumstance. In the case of commissions and other artwork originals, whilst the client owns the original artwork, the artist still owns the copyright and reproduction rights unless otherwise purchased. If you intend to reproduce the drawing in any way, the artists permission must be sought first. Under no circumstances must any artwork be reproduced for commercial or financial gain.
We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review this page periodically. When we change the Terms in a material manner, we will notify you that material changes have been made to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website or the service.
